Me, Myself, I

My name is Kalyan Neelamraju, currently a fifth-year Psychology and Legal Studies major at UC Berkeley. I like to think that my intellectual interests are pretty broad.  My other interests include history and international relations.

I was born in the village of Tsundur, in Guntur District, in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.  My parents and I moved to the US when I was a young child and have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area ever since.  I was finally able to acquire my US citizenship last year, ending a 3.5 year process.  I'm a registered Democrat, though my friends are spread across the political spectrum.
