Politburo minutes, October 18, 2009
Politburo meeting was cancelled on the 11th due to fact that we were
moving the office that day and everyone was tired.
Politburo minutes October 18th – in attendance. Dwight, Rohan, and Mitch.
– Paintball with IEEE/UPE/HKN is still on, IEEE has already
announced, we will have a formal announcement of costs/sign up later.
Probably cost around $30-$40 and occur on Novmeber 14th.
- Another re-arrangement of the room so that it is actually organized
in some reasonable way will occur this week.
- General meeting is this Friday, Professor Papadimitriou is talking
for 20 minutes about something AWESOME.
- Mikey Steger is the new vice-president, he’s a fairly new csua member.
- Programming competitions start Friday at GM. bi-weekly/weekly
competitions for the CS community in Berkeley with cash prizes.
- Chris Berner is managing GM this Friday since Dwight is going to be
interviewing at Palantir that day.
